This policy explains what information SSKSA PRO may handle, why it is used, and the choices available to you. Last updated: July 2026.
The short version
SSKSA PRO is a market-reference and paper-order practice product. It does not need brokerage credentials to simulate orders, does not place real trades, and is not designed to collect real brokerage account information. The marketing website does not use advertising cookies or Google Analytics.
1. Information we may handle
The information involved depends on how you use the website and product:

Information SSKSA PRO does not request for paper practice
Do not submit brokerage usernames, passwords, account numbers, government identifiers, bank details, or payment-card numbers. These details are not needed to use simulated portfolio features or to contact support.
2. How information is used
- Provide and maintain market-reference, comparison, headline, and paper-portfolio functions.
- Save your preferences and simulated records where the product supports persistence.
- Respond to support, privacy, security, and feedback messages.
- Diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and protect the integrity of the service.
- Comply with valid legal obligations and enforce applicable product rules.
SSKSA PRO does not use paper-order activity to place a real trade and does not sell personal information for money.
3. When information may be shared
Information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary in the following situations:
- Service providers: vendors that help with hosting, email delivery, security, error diagnosis, or content delivery, subject to appropriate restrictions.
- Market and headline sources: requests needed to retrieve market-reference content or current headlines may reveal ordinary network information such as an IP address to the relevant provider.
- Legal and safety reasons: when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or service integrity.
- Business changes: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset transfer, with safeguards appropriate to the transaction.
The Home and About pages request one photograph from Unsplash. When those pages load, Unsplash may receive standard request information under its own privacy terms. This Privacy page does not load an external photograph.
4. Storage and retention
Paper-portfolio data and preferences may be stored locally on your device or through product infrastructure, depending on the version and features you use. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including security, support, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.
You can request deletion of support information associated with your email address. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
5. Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are used to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
SSKSA PRO does not require a brokerage connection to simulate buy or sell decisions. Never send brokerage credentials through the contact form or by email.
6. Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of certain personal information, or to object to particular uses. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
Send a request to [email protected]. We may need to verify your request. Authorized agents may submit a request where local law permits. You may appeal a declined request by replying to the decision email.
SSKSA PRO does not knowingly use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The marketing site does not include an advertising-cookie preference panel because it does not set advertising cookies.
7. Children’s privacy
SSKSA PRO is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted information, contact the privacy address below so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
8. International use
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers. Local privacy protections may differ by location.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the product, practices, or legal requirements change. A revised date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the product or another appropriate channel.
